      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was playing an older game on windows 8.1 x64&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now after I watched a movie on VLC one that I know worked (and the picture froze and the sound loops) and VLC worked fine until I played the game.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I fix the setting or my video driver?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an intel Graphics 4000 driver &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I come to this website and use the update tool it says I need a new driver so I download it and it says driver not supported on this pc I check my toshiba website and I am up to date &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So basically I am asking how do I fix my driver so VLC doesnt freeze anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
