What is the minimum and the recommended memory for an i5-7400 (with the HD630 graphics) driving a 4k display?

The system will not be used to display pictures or for gaming, but rather to display lots of data.

Extra: for such use, what should be the minimum size of the display, 27"-28" or more?

Found only maximum values...

"Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 64 GB"

"Maximum Graphics Memory on Windows® 10 is limited by OS to one-half of System Memory"

Regarding the display:

there are already 15" notebooks with 4k display

I would visit a computer shop and inspect monitors individually.
