Dell E5470 , graphic problem in program, win7 32bit

Hello

We have problems with the Dell E5470 and the Intel HD 520 in special programs. Boxes and logos moves into strange positions. I tried both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 with the same error. Tested with Windows 10 and worked perfectly.

Have tried Dell's own, Intel's own drivers with the same results. Any suggestions?

Last bios on laptop.

1. Swedish program calling Procapita the main program to care and welfare in many local authoritys.

2. NET ID - Siths OEM Software -Inera AB - Secmaker AB

3. Guide Editor - infocaption.com

Here is at picture from procapita. The text moves random...

And again working in Windows 10 and textsize is 100% and screen is 1920x1080 and 14 inches.

Looks like it's related to the software itself; have you checked with the developers of the software for operating system compatibility? Since you already tried our driver and your computer manufacturer drivers, the next step would be getting in contact with them, they might provide with some software patch.
