    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello AMV007, thanks for joining the Intel Community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to inform you that this situation was escalated a few weeks ago and the issue has been resolved with the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;/thread/59216 -NEW- Intel® Iris™ and HD Graphics Driver update posted  for Haswell and Broadwell version 15.36.14.4080     &lt;B&gt;  1 hour ago &lt;/B&gt;   /thread/58966 -New-Intel® HD Graphics Driver posted for Ivybridge and Baytrail version 15.33.32.4061     &lt;B&gt;  6 days ago &lt;/B&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>inspiron 7537 igfxEM Module high CPU usage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. Enter as user 1, administrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Enter as user 2 as common user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. switch back to user 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;igfxEM Module high CPU usage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;task manager screenshot in attach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;procmon screenshot in attach - looking like in cycling in access profile by user name in registry, tried to creae key, but not solved this thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried remove and reinstall graphics drivers, even reinstall windows from recovery disk - same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if 1 user - all ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
