    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day Sir&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, i am dell inspiron 1420 user. Recently i had reformat my windows from window vista to window 7 home premium.However, there is random screen blinking when i am playing dota &lt;A href="http://only.It"&gt;only.It&lt;/A&gt; goes fine other than gaming time..I try to update the driver Intel(R) G965 Express Chipset vers 8.15.10.1930.But it happens again.Any idea on how to solve the problem?is it the display card problm?thks very much&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are my laptop spec: Intel(R) Core Duo CPU T5750 2.0Ghz, Ram 3.0 GB, 32 bit system&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Probably refilling the buffer which may be game specific.  Could be a failing display (capacitors).  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Aero isn't much different in Win 7 but the CPU may not be keeping up with the real time graphics demand.</description>
