      <description>&lt;P&gt;My operating system is: Windows 8.1 64-bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Inter(r) HD Graphics 4600, version 10.18.10.3304&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to update to the latest graphics driver, but every-time I try to install it, I get an error message that says " The driver being installed is not validated for this computer.
