Intel HD Graphics Scale Full Screen option is missing

My motherboard is ASRock Q2900-ITX

The Intel HD graphics driver is 10.18.10.4061.

Connected to TV by HDMI port.

I would like to change the resolution to 1366 x 768. But It will not screen fit and the Scale Full Screen Option is missing.

Also the Custom Resolution menu item is also missing.

Please help.

Thanks for your feedback on scaling options.

Our engineering department is working on scaling options for Intel® HD Graphics controllers and fixes are expected on newer driver releases.

Additionally, please bear in mind that those features can be blocked through graphics video BIOS according to your computer design. This is blocked by the computer or motherboard manufacturer.
