There is no video display when KVM remote desktop control to HP-Z230 via Intel AMT, but mouse keyboard work.

There is no video display when KVM remote control to HP-Z230 via Intel AMT, but keyboard nd mouse are working well.

It will see a red-yellow frame and a remote control ICON in the upper right orner in HP-Z230's monitor when remote desktop control start in client,

and the keyboard and mouse are working well in the remote control client, ut no video.

VNC Viewer information show Requested encoding: ZRLE, Last-used ncoding: Raw, when connect with HP Z230.

Other PC(HP Elitebook 9470) with the same setting work well. The VNC Viewer nformation show: Requested encoding: ZRLE, Last-used encoding: ZRLE.

Guys, it looks to be same problem as /thread/80328 0x8086210E: Internal KVM failure.

Please check HP support website for BIOS updates and Intel ME FW updates.

And if it helps please report BIOS /FW versions that fixed issue in this thread - it helps other people.
