Hi Greg_Pinili,

You could try to uninstall the other driver controller first than Intel's, once you have no driver graphics on you system try installing Intel® graphics first, after that the other Graphics driver.

Please keep in mind that Intel's generic graphics drivers from the Intel Web site do not work on some computers that support Switchable Graphics. It depends on the computer's hardware configuration.

I recommend reinstalling the latest validated driver from the computer manufacturer website. You can check more information about Switchable Graphics here:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005669.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/processors/000005669.html

In this link you would find your OEM drivers:

https://www.msi.com/Notebook/support/GE40-2OC-Dragon-Eyes.html# down-driver https://www.msi.com/Notebook/support/GE40-2OC-Dragon-Eyes.html# down-driver

At the following link you can find a windows troubleshooting for "video_dxgkrnl_Fatal_Error": https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2990029 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2990029

Regards,

Hellen.
