I am able to rotate the two screens via the driver application and via hot-keys, so I know it works. We are using LPDIRECTDRAW7. I have been looking and I cannot find any documentation for developers on how to interact with this programatically. Is it that, this functionality is not possible or is it buried somewhere on the Intel site in some obscure location?
