First Time Here And I've A Problem !!

It's my first time here so 'Hi' to everyone in the community. Down to bussiness

I have a Packard Bell EasyNote TE laptop running Windows 10. I'm been invited to install the Intel VGA Driver 9.17.10.2867 , When I run the process I receive a red 'x' at the bottom right telling me 'items not installed.' This is the only driver.

Any advice?

Packard Bell EasyNote TE laptop is based on Intel Sandy Bridge processors, so you might possibly try the following drivers,

for Windows 10 x64,

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25188/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-64bit-3rd-Gen-BYT- Download Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 64bit (3rd Gen & BYT)

for Windows 10 IA-32,

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25179/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-32-bit-3rd-Gen-BYT- Download Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 32-bit (3rd Gen & BYT)

Those drivers are the latest, version 15.33.38.64.4252. You might also use Winkey + Pause/Break combination to open up System information window, where you could find whether 32-bit or 64-bit O/S you are using.
