topic How do I duplicate displays and have it fit both screens using Intel Graphics? in Graphics

I have a PIPO X8 running Intel HD Graphics. I would like to hook it up to my TV, duplicate displays, and have both displays fit full screen. This does not seem like too much to ask, but I have yet to find a solution. When I go into settings and duplicate displays, the Intel Graphics Control Panel "Scaling Options" only shows the "Center" option. I would like to make it full screen, but that option doesn't show up. When I extend the display, I have no problems, it fits full screen, but I don't want that. I want both screens to show the same screen. I don't care if there is a little stretching or if the resolution isn't quite as good.
