7 inch Tablet wrong resolution

I have an intel atom 7 inch tablet

for some reason my reasolution is set wrong

my resolution is 1024 x 600

but some reason intel hd graphic keeps setting it to 1280 x 800

and it look weird

I cannot even change the resolution

only one available

this is win 10

this also happen to my i3 pc when I connacted it to my 15 inch touchscreen

normally with othe pcs and old intel gma it sets correctly to 1024 x 768

but not the hd graphic it sets to 1366 x 768

and no way to change it

whats wrong with intel hd graphics

it detects wrong resolution

any solution would be grateful
