I have a G2020 on MSI B75MA E33 Main board

I connected my PC to my Sony Nx720 46 by using HDMI cable on the main board, but it didnt work. ( the screen works only when windows is loading, but when loading finishes, it turns black )

The cable is okay for I have tested it on my laptop with the TV

My graphic driver was installed and it worked well when I connected my PC with the same way to Tv Panasonic

My Question is: Can HD graphics integrated on G2020 Premium handle Full HD resolution? If yes, I wonder if there is a solution for me in this case

I really Appreciate your helps

Hi Liam Nguyen,

What is the operating system you have installed in the computer? I would like to know as well the version of the graphics driver that is currently installed. I would like to know the model number of the Panasonic TV as well.

I have exactly the same processor and motherboard, connecting to a DELL U2410F, Windows 7 x64 and am having exactly the same issue.

I can get a picture through VGA and if I go into device manager and disable then re-enable the driver I can get a HDMI connection working until I reboot.

Seems to be a problem with the driver as there is another thread here - /thread/34051?start=0&tstart=0 http://communities.intel.com/thread/34051?start=0&tstart=0 with lots of people having the same issue with not a lot of components in common (different processors and motherboards all having the same issue). It would be nice if someone acknowledged this as a problem!

Hi Liam Nguyen and Ben,

Would you please try this driver? https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers

I recommend uninstalling the graphics driver completely from Programs and Features in Control Panel first and then install the driver I provided above.

I recommend also updating the BIOS of the motherboard. You can use this link http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B75MA-E33.html# /?div=BIOS http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B75MA-E33.html# /?div=BIOS

Please install the monitor driver from this link as well http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/dell-u2410?driverId=F86PT&osCode=W764&fileId=3147984486&languageCode=EN http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/dell-u2410?driverId=F86PT&osCode=W764&fileId=3147984486&languageCode=EN

Hi Fred,

Thanks for taking an interest, I know it is your job but all we seem to be getting is excuses on another community thread.

Tried the driver but it after it extracts it says that my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements, I guess because the driver is for Sandybridge processors? If you wanted me to update the driver manually could you give me an idea of where the package extracts to?

Ben.

[edit: found where it extracted and tried to update the driver manually, didn't find any drivers that it could use]

Hi Ben,

You can try using the Intel Driver Update Utility which should find the proper driver for your system. This is the link to the tool http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
