I'm sorry the driver did not help you, in this case I would recommend waiting for someone else to post an answer here related with this topic. From my end I will try to do some more research and if I find something that can help you I will post it here.

Thanks,

Ivan

Intel HD4600 (4790k)

Windows 10 pro x64 10.0.10586

Driver from WU 20.19.15.4331

Denon AVR-591 (hdmi 1.4)

Dell 2709w

The connection goes like this

PC > HDMI > Receiver > HDMI > Monitor

My question is:

Is it possible to pass-through (bitstream) HD audio like DTS-HD and TrueHD at higher resolutions that 1080p50 or i'm missing something ? it's a driver or bandwith limitation problem?

It seems odd that i can pass-through DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD at 1080p50 but not at 1080p60, tried a lot of drivers, but always had the same results.

Furthermore, the monitor its 1920x1200 but at that resolution i can't pass-through the HD audio modes

To by pass this problem, i have connected:

PC > HDMI > Receiver > HDMI > Monitor

PC > DVI > Monitor

Then configured DVI as Main input at 1200p60 and HDMI as Secondary at 1080p50, this way i can bitstream HD audio and use the full resolution of my monitor.

Note that I can bitstream DTS and Dolby digital without problems at any resolution mode, and always have the HDCP marked as compatible.
