Need for Speed the Run, Battlefield 3 slow performance on newer drivers

Hi,

I have a HP laptop with I3-2330 cpu with intel hd 3000 graphics card, 6gb of ram and windows 7 64-bits.

Any driver above 2761 gives me very slow performance in need for speed the run and battlefield 3, making these games unplayable. I read in a discussion that there is some power saving features in newer drivers that makes some games slower, and all we have to do is to select High Performance under power saving settings. I report that selecting High Performance in power saving settings does not make these two games run any faster, they are still very slow.

I was hoping for better performance with every new driver release, but was disapointed with the performance of all driver versions from 2792 to 2867. I hopw future driver releases will correct this issue. Thank you.

Please keep in mind that BF3 is currently marked as playable using Intel® HD Graphics 4000 with al patches from EA.

Unfortunately, I still get really slow performance on need for speed the run and battlefield 3. I tried to select High performance mode in my power mangement settings, but it had no effect at all.

UPDATE: I reinstalled the 2875 drivers, and now Battlefield 3 runs as good as in older drivers, but I still get slow performance in need for speed the run.

Hi user202.11. I'm glad to see that there was at least performance improvement in BF3. Let's see if we can't diagnose some issues you're having with NFS now.

If you've got time, I'd like to ask some questions about your system.

-Can you provide some detail about the brand/speed of your RAM?

-A screenshot of your in-game graphics settings.

-A reference for what FPS you are getting in game (either from the in-game user interface, or FRAPS, etc)

-A copy of your Intel® Graphics and Media Control Panel™ report (Ctrl + Alt + F12 to open CUI, navigate to the "Options and Support Tab" -> Information Center -> Save and attach to reply window).|

Let me know if you need any help obtaining this information!

I have all possible advanced settings set to LOW.

Vsync is off

the game runs full screen

With Fraps I get 11-12 fps with drivers version 2875, even with high performance profile selected in power management settings.

I get 17-26 fps with drivers version 2761.

He seems to have an i3-370M which is based on Clarkdale with an old Intel HD graphics. Driver 3345 is incompatible. Afaik 15.22 is supported, all newer driver are incompatible. When you ask questions don't forget CPU model and OS configuration. Notebook model is not enough.

as per your post i have tried all thinks to install specified drivers in link

i have tried to install from update and tried to install from pick drivers

i have uninstall my graphic driver and try to install it bu i cant install this drivers

there is snap shot of my cpu detail, os detail and main board detail

all so i have attached error when i try to install this drivers

pls help me sir i am a technical person pls tell me this drivers support my system or not

No you can't. This is a Clarkdale with driver support up to 15.22.
