Thanks for joining the graphics community.

I understand you are experiencing issues with Element 3D software and Intel® HD Graphics 2000.

Please bear in mind your graphics controller supports with the latest video drivers OpenGL version 3.1

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033757.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033757.htm

I am afraid; I do not see any Intel graphics controller as supported video cards here:

https://www.videocopilot.net/products/element/ https://www.videocopilot.net/products/element/

At this stage, I recommend contacting your software developer and check system requirements.

http://www.videocopilot.net/ http://www.videocopilot.net/

Allan.

OpenGL is a feature included on the graphics controller and is activated once you load the latest video drivers.

Please take a look at the link below for more information:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm

Allan.

if you are a pro..in vfx you should not use intel graphic card in your machine .intel is big brand , but they are not maintaining it . so bad . i have HD4400 G.card .

it is also incompatible with others softwares .i'm thinking about to chang my g.card . NVidia or AMD is the Best for every 3d ray-tracing . they are making us fool . that update your driver . i think intel should find solution for this. i'm not one and i'm not last.
