Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express - Acceleration Not Available

I have a Dell Latitude E6400 running Win XP SP3, 4GB ram, with the Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express chipset. I am trying to run a flight simulator which requires some graphic acceleration. I've done the following:

1) Updated Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express drivers to 6.14.10.5420 using the Intel driver update feature.

2) I've run dxdiag and it shows the following - below:

3) I've installed the DirectX Control Panel and on the Direct3D tab I have Allow Hardware Acceleration checked.

Support folks for the flight simulator firm says the problem is that Display Memory shows N/A, and DDraw Status, D3D Status and APG Status show Not Available.

So how do I fix this so that acceleration is available?

Diego - thank you very much for your answer.

Following the first article did the trick and fixed my issue. I now have DirectX Acceleration available! Very much appreciated.

BTW, this problem may have been well identified within your circle, but a number of Google searches failed to bring it up for me. Also, the article that fixed the problem said it applied to Win 2000 - not XP. Also, on the list of products it applied to - it did not list the Intel 4 Series Express. But I am happy it worked, and I do appreciate your advice very much.
