How to change hardware acceleration

Adobe FMLE tells me to change my hardware acceleration but when I try to do it - the 'Advanced' button on the 'Troubleshooting' tab is grayed out? How do I do it?

For us to be able to proper assist you with your inquiry, we just need to verify a few details:

What is the model of the processor?

What is the model of the motherboard?

If you are using a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?
