Hardware graphic acceleration

I installed a game and the game asks for hardware graphic acceleration.I have the latest intel hd graphics for my laptop and have tried reinstalling it. It still does not work any idea what is the problem?

May I have the name of the computer game you are trying to play?

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
