Hi johnniecaminante,

I understand Ultra books are coming with customized drivers from computer manufacturer, I recommend loading a generic graphics driver, and it may help on this matter.

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000/2500&ProdId=3498&LineId=1101&FamilyId=39 http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000/2500&ProdId=3498&LineId=1101&FamilyId=39

See the link above and select operating system version and download the latest one available.

Thanks

Allan

Hi!

I've recently (5 days ago) aquired this ultrabook from Asus.

Yesterday I bought an Hdmi to MicroHdmi adaptor and a cable Hdmi to MicroHdmi. When I plug some of this to the Ultrabook to another device (Example: HT: Sony or LCD Phillips) the mouse performance gets very bad. It moves and makes single click or double click just rest your finger on the trackpad

When I unplug the adaptator or the cable, the mouse works fine.

So I was wondering if some of you guys have the same problem or a solution for it.

Well, before all, thanks for helping me and sorry if my english its not quite good.

Regards
