So your biggest processes are Chrome and LOLclient, you shouldn't use both at the same time.

I'm not familiar with LOLclient, observe if its memory usage increases when you do nothing. Only then it would me a memory leak.

The memory usage of Chrome depends on what you are doing, e.g. if you scroll down a picture gallery at "Deviant Art", the memory usage would be ~500 MB after 2000 pictures.

Open resource monitor, it should expose which process hogs the memory.

I have also noticed that you are currently running 1 stick of memory of 4GB size.

Have you tried adding more memory?

I see you are running third party software and not Intel software. Does it happen when running any Intel software?

Allan.
