    <description>&lt;P&gt; The best you can do is go into your graphic cards control panel and disable Vsync - Vertical synchronization and go into the gta settings and turn down the sound quality to low turn of the frame limiter and the draw distance and it will run with perfection/ Also you can tun the resolution to 16 bit over 32 bit in the gta settings theres not much visual difference but it does run alot faster&lt;/P&gt;</description>
