Hello Ivan,

I tried using a separate computer with Intel HD Graphics 520 (driver 20.19.15.4444) to connect to the same TV, and I was able to change the Underscan Percentage setting to 1820x1024, which displayed correctly on the TV. Thus, I can rule out it's a problem with the TV itself.

I am already using the .4425 driver.

Can you suggest why doesn't CustomModeApp.exe load?

Thanks.

Do you get this option when you access the Intel® Graphics Control Panel? Similar like this:

Custom Resolutions can be found either in older drivers with older versions of CUI using the CustomModeApp.exe or in more recent CUI versions it is built into the CUI.

If nothing works, I would say it could be a limitation from the specific device you are using, have you checked with the OEM?

Ivan.
