Cannot find Intel Graphics Control Panel for Windows 8 x64 running HD4000

^^^Title says it all. I want to see if overclocking or raising the ceiling will help with photoshop and other graphic-intensive applications, but cannot find the control panel on the Surface Pro.

My best recommendation is to uninstall the current driver you have and install the latest driver we have at the following link:
