Integrated Intel Mobile 4 Series Graphics Problem

Hiya, basically i have an Advent Modena laptop i brought from Currys. It has the Integrated Intel Mobile 4 Series graphics adapter installed to the laptop however when i try and play a game called Euro Truck Simulator, it goes really slow and laggy due to the graphics.

I've updated the driver to the newest version.

I was wondering if you knew if i could upgrade my graphics card and if so, what too?
