The graphics HD 3000 is embedded on your i5-2450; it is not possible to upgrade the version of the graphics card unless you change (upgrade processor model). It will be necessary to install an i7 processor.

Your laptop manufacturer can tell you which processors are supported by the customized BIOS of your laptop.
