Now already upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, didn't works. If I change display driver to Microsoft Display Standard Driver for Windows 10, it works. Neither last driver from Intel nor Toshiba works. In my other laptop with other kind of Intel display adapter(Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M), is fine. WEI works, Winsat command also works. Both use Windows 10, upgrade from Windows 7. I hope it will be corrected soon.
