I'm running two monitors off Intel Core i5 4690K Asus z97. Works well but when I reboot it defaults back to the single monitor setting. I would like it to retain the multiple monitor setting. I would appreciate instructions to retain the multiple monitor as the default profile.

Hi MKG, no special configuration is required. Are you using any type of converter or adapter cable?

You may also want to check if the display panels are properly detected by Windows* in Device Manager as a "Generic PnP monitor" usually requires a monitor driver by the display manufacturer.
