need some help with fullscreen games

To start i have asked this on the nvidia forum hut they said my screen is wired to the Intel not the nvidia . So my problem is that i want tot record my gameplay Witt shadowplay from nvidia, but i need the fullscreen and nog the windowed modus.

So i went looking for this on google andere i found ctr+alt+f11 then comes screen up With scaling but that wont chance anything, alzo i have black bars With soms games. I really want this problem solved if anyone can help that would be great

I would need to get information about your system so please attach the DX Diag report? (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information).

I would also need to know the model number of the monitor you are using?

Which graphics port are you using? HDMI, DVI etc
