intel graphics 530, lagging when streaming

Dear Intel,

I just bought a new laptop, MSI GE72 6QC Apache. When I used the laptop the first time, I had the same problem as everyone, flickering screen and freezes. After I updated the latest driver for the intel graphic 530, the flickering stopped, but now I got a new problem. When I stream and go full screen, it sometimes just freezes and lags and when I move my cursor while streaming, the video just lags and stutters. Is this a well known problem at Intel??

Could you please let us know the driver version you are running? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.

I still got the problem, which is; when I stream and I move my cursor on the video it just lags and stutters, sometimes it freezes too. I would like this issue to be fixed. Kind regards,
