Cannot extend two monitors. They only show duplicate screens. Graphics - Intel®HDGraphics2000. Intel graphics and media control panel only shows 'Single Display'. Screen resolution is also not displayed Multiple display drop down neither detects both monitors. When clicking on 'Identify' button, both monitors identified as 1.

Hi, ranura, You are welcome. Thank you very much for providing that information, we really appreciate that.

The Intel® G630 processor works with Intel® HD Graphics, so we can try to install the Intel graphics drivers below, however, since the Intel drivers are generic we always recommend to use the drivers provided by the manufacturer:
http://ark.intel.com/products/53483/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G630-3M-Cache-2_70-GHz Intel® Pentium® Processor G630 (3M Cache, 2.70 GHz) Product Specifications

I looked for them and actually there are different revisions for your board: 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0, the link below is in reference to 3.0, you will be able to choose the Windows version, look for VGA for the driver:

http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H61M-S2P-rev-30# support-dl http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H61M-S2P-rev-30# support-dl

Intel drivers:

Windows® 7 64 bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit?product=53483 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit?product=53483

Windows® 7 32 bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24970/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit?product=53483 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24970/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit?product=53483

Now, if after trying the drivers above the problem remains, then it could be related to the VGA splitter, sometimes the adapters or converters are not fully compatible with the system so they do not work as expected, specially based on the fact that both monitors work fine when you use them one at the time.

There are a few cases when the customers are able to split a VGA signal by using and active VGA splitter, so that is always an option to try, but remember that this is just a suggestion, we cannot guarantee it will work for sure. Additionally you can always get in contact with Gigabyte directly to check if maybe they have a list of tested peripherals and maybe a VGA splitter will be listed there:

http://www.gigabyte.com/Contact http://www.gigabyte.com/Contact

Please let me know the results of trying the drivers above.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Alberto

ranura, Thank you very much for letting us know that information.

In this case, as mentioned previously, the problem seems to be that unfortunately the VGA splitter is not capable of dividing the VGA signal properly between the 2 monitors.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Alberto
