Cannot extend two monitors. They only show duplicate screens. Graphics - Intel®HDGraphics2000. Intel graphics and media control panel only shows 'Single Display'. Screen resolution is also not displayed Multiple display drop down neither detects both monitors. When clicking on 'Identify' button, both monitors identified as 1.

In order to better assist you we just need to gather a few details:

What is the model of the motherboard or laptop?

What is the model of the processor?

Which type of video ports are you using to connect both displays?

Which Windows version are you using?

If you use just one display at the time, do they both work properly?

The Intel® G630 processor works with Intel® HD Graphics, so we can try to install the Intel graphics drivers below, however, since the Intel drivers are generic we always recommend to use the drivers provided by the manufacturer:

I looked for them and actually there are different revisions for your board: 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0, the link below is in reference to 3.0, you will be able to choose the Windows version, look for VGA for the driver:

Now, if after trying the drivers above the problem remains, then it could be related to the VGA splitter, sometimes the adapters or converters are not fully compatible with the system so they do not work as expected, specially based on the fact that both monitors work fine when you use them one at the time.

There are a few cases when the customers are able to split a VGA signal by using and active VGA splitter, so that is always an option to try, but remember that this is just a suggestion, we cannot guarantee it will work for sure. Additionally you can always get in contact with Gigabyte directly to check if maybe they have a list of tested peripherals and maybe a VGA splitter will be listed there:

In this case, as mentioned previously, the problem seems to be that unfortunately the VGA splitter is not capable of dividing the VGA signal properly between the 2 monitors.
