I Really Need to know this because i play a game called h1z1 king of the kill on my laptop and the game crashes and this error pops up "The Exception BreakPoint a breakpoint has been reached (8x0000003) occured in the application at location

0x00000001423D1673. And the game company told me to disable overclocking on my graphics card and if its overclocked by default to contact the card manufacturer so here i am so PLEASE HELP

Usually PCs are delivered with stock clocks.

Did you buy a pre-built gaming PC which advertised overclocking?

You can check the clocks with https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24075/Intel-Extreme-Tuning-Utility-Intel-XTU-?product=66427 Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) and probably send the game developer some screenshots from that tool.

Since the crash exposes a memory offset the developer should be able to disassemble the game's executable and deduct the location in the source code from that.
