Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers update issue

I'm trying to update my graphics drivers. But when I install it there is is still old 10.18.10.3960 except latest 15.36.7.64.3960 version. No matter if I'm installing it through driver update utility or manually from .exe file from Intel website, still same issue. I also tried to uninstall drivers via device manager and then install drivers from .exe but still there is old version installing. How to fix this?

Hi 151kbar151, you already have the latest version. Check the ReadMe file:

Not in readme, I mean in update utility, on site etc.

This is the package version (which includes drivers for different operating systems): 15.36.7.64.3960

This is the actual driver version (for your operating system): 10.18.10.3960
