Hello,

I have an ASUS UX31A which has 3317U and HD 4000 as graphic processor. I am using Windows 7 with lates drivers from Asus, only chipset driver is installed using Intel Auto Updater.

In Power options, i have set graphics for performance, checked it in Intel graphic options. But when i am running on battery power, graphic performance becomes awful, its quite enough when i plug the power in.

Is this a known issue? Any idea welcomes.

Thanks

Hi Cursata,

My best recommendation is to install the latest graphics driver from our side. You can get it at the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23106&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23106&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers

A bios update using the bios provided by the computer manufacturer can also help on this situation since Bios updates are created to fix known issues.
