How to reset default graphics settings

Hello my question is simple, everything was fine until I connect my laptop to a TV through the HDMI port, mistakenly put in the settings as the main screen the TV,

but now the TV is black screen every time I connect the laptop to TV, and there is no way for the image to appear, my question is;

How can I reset the default graphics settings, I tried with ctrl alt F8 and nothing. I connect the TV and the image does not appear, it is possible to emphasize that

the laptop also appears the black screen when I connect it, therefore, I can not reverse the configurations in any way.

Please note the attached file with de laptop information.

Thanks a lot. It worked! But I still can not see the image on the LCD TV-32XH4. I've tried setting up expanded desktop, clone screens, and a single screen, but nothing works. I tried in my other laptop and it worked, but not with my current laptop (DELL XPS 15). Anyone know why?
