The problem Intel HD Graphics. HDMI and DVI don't work as it is necessary have awful overscan.Scaling means of the graphic driver it is received a muddy picture. How it to correct?

Core i3-2100, motherboards ASRock Z68M USB3,monitor Viewsonic VX2435vm.
