Perhaps you want to try with https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23377 version 15.28.20.64.3347 or the driver provided by the system manufacturer, which should work because it was tested with your computer.

If the issue persists kindly provide minidump file found at: C:\Windows\Minidump.

You may attach more than one using the advanced editor when replying.

I am having an issue when the new updated driver set for the HD3000 chipset is updated. I have updated it directly via the Windows update option, manually from intel, all with the same result. Once the new drivers are applied the system will not boot (blue screen). I have a Samsung samsung qx411-w02ub. My only option is to rollback the driver.

Problem signature:

 Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

 OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3

 Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

 BCCode: 3b

 BCP1: 00000000C0000005

 BCP2: FFFFF80002BBA90D

 BCP3: FFFFF8800698FA40

 BCP4: 0000000000000000

 OS Version: 6_1_7600

 Service Pack: 0_0

 Product: 768_1
