I bought an Asus P5Q motherboard with a chipset ICH10

I set up a RAID5 on this chipset

I want to know if motherboard crash

Can I change my motherboard with an other chipset intel like ICH11 or ICH9

The name has changed and with new drivers under the name of Rapid Storage Technology.

Yes you can move a array(s) over to newer (and sometimes older) chipsets that supports RST on ICHXXR or PCH controllers.
