xvYCC won't stay enabled

Every time I turn off my TV or switch inputs on my reciever, the xvYCC option becomes disabled and I have to reenable it. Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

I am experiencing a very similar situation with an Intel DH67BL connected to a Denon AVR - Panasonic TV.

Any news on a fix?

The response I received was that this was a known issue and the engineering team was working on it. So far there's only been two releases of the drivers for Win7 x64 (inital version 15.22.1.64.2361 from April and version 15.22.50.64.2509 in September). The new version did not fix the problem. I'm not very optimistic that we'll get a fix...

This is happening to me as well, on Windows 8. I don't have a receiver. It happens when I turn off the TV. The TV remains connected as far as its status when powered off.

Can I have the driver version you are currently using on the computer? also the operating system version?

In order to check the driver version open graphics control panel and look for options and Support on the left panel then check Information, there you can find the graphics version

Would it be possible (as a workaround) from a command line to change the xvYCC setting or a registry key that you could change on every start up?

HI Allan,

Have there been any updates to this issue? I too have am not able to get xvYCC RGB working correctly with my DENON AVR using the Intel HD 3000 graphics on my Sandy Bridge processor in Win7. If I plug in a discrete graphics card such as an ATI or NVidia xvYCC works fine. This has been a very frustrating issue for me that renders the on board graphics of no use. The fact that this issue hasn't been resolved in years is also very frustrating.

Please let me know if I can be of any help in troubleshooting this issue or if you need any additional information.

From the relase notes:

The Intel Graphics Control Panel now keeps the advanced HDMI settings such as Quantization and xvYCC persistent between reboots.

Timothy, could you please post the graphics report generated through the Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator control panel as illustrated on this article:

Do this while using the latest video driver and if you still experience the xvYCC problem with that latest driver.
