Problem with Graphics in games

Currently, my video card has some graphics problems. It is an Intel Graphics MediaAccelerator 128 MB HD.

The problems are mainly in the foliage of the games, and lag.

The first game I recognize. Unfortunately no matter what Intel card you use you will have laggy and buggy performance with. It's an issue with the game itself being poorly optimized. However, the Graphics anomolies are odd. The second game though should run flawlessly. Though I've seen the anomolies in Dell laptops with the Intel HD, as Dell only allows you to use their very outdated drivers (You can't install intels drivers on that laptop if it is a Dell with the Intel HD unfortunately.).
