Unable to update Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 (Error 0x800f0203)

I upgrade to windows10 Pro OS (64bit) then i installed latest 2nd generation Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 card driver(Version: 9.17.10.4229) in my laptop. When tried to update the graphics driver always it shows an error i.e.. " Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 - Error 0x800f0203"... Please guide me to solve this problem.....Actually i have BSOD problem & i want to fix it (i'm thinking that if graphics driver is update then BSOD problem will be solved).
