Graphic install

How long does it take to install a graphics driver? I installed this driver http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22375&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%208%2C%2064-bit*&DownloadType=Drivers Download Center and its been installing for like 8 hours already.

Hi jvkruler,

The driver installation would not take more than 5 minutes. What is exactly the graphics controller model on your system? And what is the operating system version?

I have a Intel HD 4000 graphics card on my computer and when I installed the one in the link above it messed up my computer and I had to redo my laptop to default.
