i have directx 12, because i upgraded to win 10. But the maximum directx support is 11.1

can you help me with that?

There you will find the different graphics related technologies supported by the different Intel® Processors.

In order to check the generation of the processor you have, you can do it by following the steps below:

1. Find the model of your CPU (windows key + R and type msinfo32, hit ok and a window shold be prompt with the CPU and other components in your PC.

2. If your processor is from the Core i family, the first number after the "-" will indicate the generation.

NOTE: If you are using a dedicated graphics card (GPU) you would require to check it's specs for compatibility check with DirectX).
