Monitor turns off and on spontaneously

I have three Dell Ultrasharp 2415 monitors connected to my PC.

First I wanted to Daisychain all three on displayport, but could never get the last monitor to display anything.

Then I Daisychained two of them and connected the last using DVI-HDMI cable.

But the monitors on the daisychain turn off for a second and then turn back on all the time. Sometimes only the last on the chain, sometimes both.

I tried to connect only one monitor using displayport, one using DVI-HDMI and the last one using external USB graphics. Still the monitor on DP turn off and on frequently. The other two allso did, but not nearly as often.

I tried to connect only one monitor using DVI-HDMI and the other two using two external USB graphics. Now the blinking has almost stopped, but still occurs.

I tried to connect the power to UPS to eliminate power issues

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

To better assist you could please attach with following information:

msinfo32:

Please press Windows Key + R to open the Run Menu
Type msinfo32 and click OK
While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Save (Please do not use Export)
Save your MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on your desktop for easy access and then you can post it here.

DxDiag:

Press the Windows+R keys on your keyboard to bring up the Run command.
In the "Run" command box, type in "DxDiag" and Press Enter.
Once the Direct X Diagnostic Tool appears, click on the Save All Information button at the bottom.
When asked to where to save the file to, select Desktop.
The "DxDiag" filename should appear in the file name box. Leave this as is and click on the Save or OK button.
Click the Exit button to exit the Direct X Diagnostic Tool.
On the Desktop, there should now be a file name DxDiag or DxDiag.txt.
