In regards to your inquire, there is no direct way to answer your inquire without having a benchmark between the 2 of them running the same applications that you use so that you can have a response to your question. This sort of information is called benchmarking and we don't provide such information.

GeForce GT440 will be faster of course. Especially with GDDR5 memory, about three times faster if not more. Here a test:
