Hello LowEndConsumer

The Intel® Driver Update Utility is displaying the available driver for download as 15.36.24.4264 which is recognized by Windows* as (10.18.14.4264). In this case I suggest downloading and installing the latest version of the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 from here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600-for-4th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors Intel® Download Center

ASUS M11AD Desktop PC

i5 2.8 ghz

intel hd 4600

After i updated from win 8.1 to win 10, a message popped up saying the graphics driver for windows 8 has crashed and recovered. Then i used the intel driver update utility to download the newest driver for my HD4600. After finishing the installation and the required restart, the message popped up again and through device manager i discovered my HD4600 is still using the old driver.

Old version 10.18.15.4256

New Version 15.36.24.64.4264

I then opened IDUU again to check the status of my driver. It displayed the attached image

I cant run any graphically intensive games. What should i do to fix this problem?
