Are there any Intel Hd Graphics drivers for windows 10 Pro 64 and 32 bit OS that are compatible with Intel Pentium CPU B960? If there are some, some links would be nice.

Your processor graphics are not supported on Windows 10. Look under "intel Pentium processors" in this link:

You can download and use the Microsoft generic driver from Microsoft.

If your PC is a desktop, I would try to find a compatible graphics card (NVidia or amd-based) and install that.
