(Star Wars Battlefront 2016) Issue on iGPU 530

Hallo Intel Teams,

i have a Problem to start this game after intro.

Also After intro i must (press the Enter) to start the game. But my Keyboard has no effect !

And with mouse clic on the start Icon is same.

With my old pc with HD Graphics 4600, i had not this Problem.

I tested only with the Beta Driver Version 4404 on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

Here my System Spec:

Asus Z170-Pro (Bios 1702)

Intel i7-6700k

16GB DDR4 3200MHz

2x1TB Intel Raid 0 HDD

Soundblaster Z

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

Intel Graphic Driver Version 4404

Hi igpu,

It will be necessary to narrow down the issue; memories are running at 3200MHz and processor supports DDR4 2133MHz at 1.2V. They could be overclocking the system and create an unstable system.

Reset BIOS settings to default, make sure processor is running at 4.0GHz and memories at 2133MHz. Let see how it works.

If problem continues, please download and run our system tool "Intel® System Support Utility" and send me the results of it. I will try to solve the issue.

i changed my Ram Speed to 2133MHz, but it not help.

my System is not overglocked. only my Ram Speed is real 3200mhz.

I scanned my System with Intel SSU. How can I send the file to you ?

I suggest you to change the graphics configuration using Intel gaming recommendations. Sort by game.

Hallo Mike,

i have a Optional GPU Card (nvidia gtx970) to. i test my games with Intel Graphics and make a Video on YouTube.

If i Play with iGPU, i disconnect my nvidia Card.

Also with my old System Intel i7-4790k, I did not have this Trouble with Star Wars Battlefront.

In Bios is the iGPU config is on Default.

My other games work fine.

I hope Intel Driver Team can fix that issue.

Intel graphics team is working hard to improve graphics performance. Hopefully newer drivers will fix the issue. I will be sending you a update as soon as Intel releases a new graphics driver.

Hi Mike,

my Computer is new and i installed this game frish from Origin Client.

I have a optional GPU Card (nvidia gtx970) to.

If my nvidia Card is enabled, this game work without any Problem.

But if my nvidia Card is disabled, and only Intel GPU is enabled, i have this issue.

With Need For Speed 2016, i have same problem

My other games work fine.

my Graphic config is same. also 1280x720 and lowest Quality.

My Problem is, i cant start the game, after intro !

I created a Video from 3 Games with Problem on HD Graphics 530.

I understand your game does not work flawlessly with HD 530 but bear in mind the game recommends to use an external graphics card with dedicated memory (Actually 4GB)

Hi Mike,

this System Requirements is for full HD Resolution and High Quality.

If we use 1280x720 and Low Quality, 1GB VRam is enogh for it.

Also Need for Speed is for me not so important. I think this is EA Problem. because Keyboard work only if a Game Controller is connected to PC.

But Star Wars Battlefront and Doom 4 are for me important.

I buyed Doom 4 and cant start it with IGPU 530.

I created new Thread for it. The Intel beta Driver v4444 sad doom 4 are fixed for Windows 7/8.1. But game not start and Show no any error message.

Intel Driver Team need only optimize a new Driver for this issue.

This graphics card is still under support, so in few weeks we will have a newer driver version; however, take in mind the games recommend a dedicated graphics card.
