Intel hd graphics 3000 installation problem

Hello

I hav a vaio laptop with specs

intel 2450m cpu

win7 64 bit

4 gb ram

nvidia 410m 1 gb

I m actually facing problems installing the hd 3000 graphics on my computer as it shoews that the computer does not meet min. system requirements.

Is it because i hav pre-installed nvidia graphics and i need to uninstall it to install its intel counterpart??

Can i run both the graphics drivers together...??

I do hav the latest graphics driver installation setup

Plzz help....

I am sorry you are having problems installing the driver but let me help you with that.

There are some steps I want you to do:

Uninstall the current graphics driver by following the instructions here:

Download the latest driver for your controller here:

If you get a notification message during the installation, it indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer.

You may try to force the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

It is also important to say that since your computer has an Nvidia card means that it has the switchable graphics technology which allows the user to configure the system to share the resources on different tasks.
